John O'Halloran

The Mahon Tribunal found John O'Halloran solicited and was paid IR£5,000 in November 1993 by developer Owen O'Callaghan for the rezoning of Quarryvale (later renamed Liffey Valley). O'Halloran was expelled from the Labour party in September 1993 "as a result of his voting record on planning matters while a member of Dublin County Council."
